Every day drugs are trafficked through our high schools, and mass shootings are happening at an alarming rate. Detection Dogs can locate weapons and narcotics while reducing the threats associated by being a deterrence for future behaviors. There is NO REASON a school should not have some form of detection dogs on a regular or emergency basis. Its time for schools to take a more proactive and less predictable approach to reducing violence.
